Aeration Technology for Wastewater Modern Systems

The Surface Aerator Mammutrotor is the solution for aeration, circulation, and stir mixing processes. Reliable and efficient oxygen enrichment with effective matter distribution and activated sludge circulation run the optimal activity of microorganisms and thus a particularly good extraction of pollutants in biological wastewater treatment systems.

Fine bubbles are more efficient in transferring oxygen into the wastewater and have a high level of process flexibility. When water is supplied, fine slits will open in the elastic membrane and fine air bubbles will released into the water. When the air supply suspends, the slits close completely with the double sealing procedures to prevent liquid entry into the aeration system.

The Hyperclassic Mixer is a vertical shaft mixer, mainly used for suspension and homogenization tasks as well as for intensive mixing and flash-mixing. Due to the flow on the water surface which is directed towards the shaft and is in vortex-shaped, all particles are distributed evenly throughout the tank which ensures excellent standardization.

E-FLEX is the ideal membrane aeration system for biological wastewater treatment. It efficiently supplies the mixed liquor in the activated sludge tank with oxygen and is suitable for nearly all variations of the activated sludge process. It produces a large amount of oxygen in the form of fine bubbles, meanwhile exhibiting low energy consumption.

The Coarse Bubble specially develops and optimized for application of aeration with a high percentage of solid possess e.g. sewage sludge. It is also compatible with the aeration both in tanks with carrier media and very deep tanks. It provides an efficient oxygen supply and optimal mixing so that the biologically active bacteria can work effectively.
